TSI hired William McIntosh as their IT Support Manager. William previously worked at UCG, a portfolio of business information and software companies. William has more than 20 years of experience in technology IT support, Operations and Acquisition Migrations. William is client oriented and focused on gaining the understanding of the customer’s needs. He has a clear understanding of the client business to meet their needs 24/7 support to accommodate business demands and cost containments. William has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information System Management from the University of Maryland.
