As we’ve grown from a start-up to over 500 employees globally, we needed a different approach to managing our IT requirements. About a year ago we commenced a search for outsourced IT services. We reviewed several proposals from companies similar to TSI (some larger, some smaller) and finally decided on TSI not because they were the least expensive, but because their approach was very comprehensive and came closer to meeting our needs.
